| ISSUE - This case involves ditch culvert.Should we drop out areas where are ditch culverts? | REPLY - In accordance with Article 45(4)(g) of Regulation (EU) No 639/2014, Channels with walls of concrete shall not be considered as potential ecological focus area. Therefore the culvert needs to be excluded from the potential EFA. |
