| ISSUE - The hedge is along the intersection of 2 parcels, both being declared by (distinct) farmers. QUESTION : How many EFA m² do we have to count in this situation, for each of the farmers ? | REPLY - A landscape feature like a hedge that fulfils all the criteria for an EFA may be declared by different beneficiaries depending of the proportion of the hedge they have 'at their disposal'. Any double declaration of area is not allowed. The total declared area of each EFA by the two different beneficiaries should never go beyond the total area of the EFA. |
